'“NOW WE’RE LAUGHING” COFFEE TABLE & STOOL

2015 - 2017

Reclaimed zinc plated steel nitrous oxide (NOS) canisters welded. Toughened glass top on coffee table.

This sculptural furniture is made from spent ‘Laughing Gas’ canisters, predominantly found littering the ground after Boom Town music festival near Winchester, UK. The canisters are designed for making whipped cream in restaurants but are predominantly purchased to inhale instead, producing a dizzying "high".
